NTSC and PAL Enforcer

NTSC Enforcer and PAL Enforcer are applications which attempt to force games to run at different frequencies. NTSC games are commonly known to run at 60Hz, whilst PAL games are commonly known to run at 50Hz, modern Television sets should display both frequencies, but some older sets may be problematic, these boot disks might be the solution if you are having problems.

NTSC Enforcer

This is a Boot Disk which forces 50Hz games to run at 60Hz.

PAL Enforcer

This is a Boot Disk which forces 60Hz games to run at 50Hz.

 

NOTE: the author states that the applications only work with original GD's and not homebrew on CDR. Also, not many games have been tested, so compatibility is not known at present.
